Early 20th Century Antique North Star Brown Salt Glazed Stoneware Pitcher With Grapes and Lattice
Motif.

Heavy pottery pitcher made by Star Stoneware Company, ca. 1890 s. Believe this company was located in Crooksville, Ohio, rather than the Red Wing, Minnesota based pottery, but not completely sure. Molded pattern of grapes and trellis/lattice combination. Dark brown glaze inside and out, has a few glitches and inclusions. "Dry" unglazed base and foot rim with impressed 5 point star in center. Measures 7.5"h x 5.25"d base. Good condition with no chips or cracks, other than me factory flaws. Sold as is.
