Fenton Plumb Opalescent Hobnail Basket.
This basket is made by Fenton Art Glass Company. Name is stamped on the bottom of the piece.
Color is plumb Opalescent with some irrodescent to it. Plum colored on bottom with more of the white Opalescent at top edge and a mix between both on the handles. Hobnail Pattern with an almost oval shape to it as if it bends while picking up by the handles. Unique shape to add to its beaty. This basket it footed with four small feet on the bottom.
This is an amazing piece so beautiful the pictures don''t do it justice even more beautiful in person. This is one purchase you won''t be disappointed in.
** UNFORTUNATELY IT DOES HAVE A SMALL LIGHT "SLIVER" ON ONE OF THE FEET. I SAY SLIVER BECAUSE IT IS SMOOTH AND BLENDS VERY WELL TO WHICH ITS NOT NOTICABLE UNLESS LOOKING FOR IT
